6 PASSENGERS BOAT OPERATION AND SAFETY

Daily Maintenance

• Hull Cleaning: Rinse the hull with fresh water after each use to eliminate salt and sand, thereby preventing corrosion.  

• Engine Maintenance: Regularly change the engine oil and inspect the fuel filter for optimal performance.  

• Electrical System Inspection: Test the functionality of navigation lights, turn signals, and searchlights to ensure there are no aged or short-circuited wires.

Regular Overhaul

• Fiberglass Hull: Inspect for cracks and bubbles on the surface. Minor damages should be promptly repaired using resin.  

• Sealing Test: Verify the sealing integrity of drain plugs and manhole covers to prevent water leakage.  

• Bolts and Hinges:Lubric ate locks and hinges (including door and hatch components) to prevent rusting and jamming.

Seasonal Deep Maintenance

• Winter Protection: If the vessel will not be in use for more than one month, drain the fuel lines, disconnect the battery, and store it in a charged state.  

• Anti-Biofouling Treatment: Annually apply anti-fouling paint to the bottom of the boat to inhibit barnacle and algae attachment.
