⚠️ Operation precautions

1. Inspection before sailing

• Hull status: Check the fiberglass shell for cracks and water seepage, and focus on the bottom of the boat (draft depth 0.29m).

• Power system: sufficient fuel for the outboard engine, normal cooling water circulation, and no entanglement in the propeller.

• Load safety: crew ≤8 people, total load ≤1460kg (including items), avoid center of gravity shift.

• Emergency equipment: life jackets (8+), fire extinguishers, navigation lights, whistles are complete and function properly.

2. Specifications during navigation

• Speed control:

  Avoid shallows (draft 0.29m) when sailing at 30 knots to prevent bottoming!

  Slow down and keep stable when the wind and waves are too strong.

• Emergency operation:

  Immediately shut down the outboard engine in case of a fault, and activate the emergency propeller or call for help equipment.

  When people fall into the water, perform a "U-turn" rescue and stay away from the propeller danger zone.

3. Mooring and storage

• Mooring and fixing:

  Tie the ropes firmly and use anti-collision fenders to protect the hull from friction.

• Precautions for long-term storage:

  Clean the hull and cover it with dustproof cloth to prevent ultraviolet rays from aging the gel coat.

  Place the outboard engine vertically, drain the fuel and apply anti-rust oil.

Safety maintenance guide

1. Daily maintenance

• Flush with fresh water after each use to remove salt and mud, and wax and maintain the gel coat layer every 3 months.

• The outboard filter element is replaced every 50 hours, the gear oil is updated every 100 hours, and the fuel line is checked for sealing.

2. Regular maintenance

• Check the internal reinforcement ribs and keel joints every six months, and repair the fiberglass delamination.

• Test the waterproofness of the electrical circuit every year, and update the validity period of the life-saving equipment and the pressure of the fire extinguisher.

3. Professional maintenance

• The manufacturer will test the hull strength and power system every 2 years (for 90HP outboard engines).

• Only use original fiberglass repair materials to ensure compatibility and safety.
